How fast can I schedule my session?Sessions are typically available within a week of payment. This is based on availability.

What if I don’t like the designs?No worries! You've got me for the whole day. I'll work on your brand until it's just right.

Do I need anything before the session?Yes, you’ll need to fill out the onboarding form and provide any assets you’d like included (like product photos). You'll then need to review your Statement of work and contract and pay. But that's it!

How long does the Jumpstarter take?The Jumpstarter is a one-day session. By the end of the day, you’ll have a brand that’s ready to go!

What happens if I need to reschedule?Rescheduling is possible but must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your spot.

What’s included in the Jumpstarter?The Jumpstarter includes: Simple Brand Kit A custom wordmark logo in horizontal and vertical format. In all file formats needed. Basic brand colors and typography selection. May include other assets such as simple patterns or illustrations. 1-Page Website Sections will include as applicable: Header and tagline. About section (client-provided content). General products/services section with descriptions. Trust symbols (certifications, testimonials, or awards). Contact section with email, social links, and optional phone number/address. Will also include: Basic search engine optimization. Domain name connection and setup. Business Card or flyer Design A single-sided business card design including: Business name and tagline (if applicable). Contact details (name, email, phone, and website). An editable template so that you can easily create your own in the future. Social Media Assets Profile Images Highlight Images One Banner design for all your platforms.

Can I add more deliverables to the Jumpstarter?The Jumpstarter is designed to provide essential branding only. If you need additional services, like packaging design or multi-page websites, check out my other packages.

Will I own the files you create?Yes, I don't gatekeep! You’ll receive all the final files and full ownership of your brand assets and website.

Can I request revisions after the session?Quick edits and adjustments are included during the session. For revisions after the day is complete, additional fees may apply.

What is the timeline like the day of my session?Your Jumpstarter session starts at 10:00 AM EST. At that time, I’ll present your brand, including all the essentials we’ve created. If you’re happy with the brand as is, the session can be wrapped up in about an hour. If adjustments are needed, we’ll work on edits in real time until you’re completely satisfied—working up until 6:00 PM EST if necessary. By the end of the day, you’ll have a polished, professional brand that’s ready to go!

Do I need to be available during the session?Yes, you’ll need to be available for the initial meeting and brand presentation at 10:00 AM EST. During this time, I’ll present your brand and gather any feedback. If edits are required, you may need to be on call throughout the day to make decisions and approve changes. This ensures we can finalize everything by the end of the session and deliver a brand you love!
